Please contact us to process an exchange or return - for us to do the return authorization. DensityComfort accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of when the order was placed. The items to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused condition. Expedited shipping charges are of non-refundable nature. If the item is damaged upon arrival, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

All domestic orders over $50 come under our Free Return policy. Please contact our customer support to return an item. We will create a return label for the processing. In case of international orders and their returns, you will be responsible for the necessary Shipping Costs. Returns are accepted for items that customers purchase from our DensityComfort website only. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and unused. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

In case of Domestic Exchange - you can return the item purchased originally for a refund and place new order(s). For International Exchanges, customer has to pay the Shipping Cost for making a return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning an item and purchasing a shipping insurance too. Please contact us, if you wish or plan to cancel your order. In case the order is already shipped, we will get in touch with our shipping carrier to get the package returned to our warehouse. After the package reaches our warehouse, we will process your refund, with the deduction of the respective shipping cost.
